Gift Vouchers
By purchasing and/or using a Laser Clinics UK gift card (Gift Cards) you are agreeing to accept these conditions.
Gift Cards can be used to purchase goods and/or services at Laser Clinics UK, with the exception of injectable treatments.
Gift Cards can only be used in the clinic in which they were purchased.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and can be used as part or full payment. If you purchase Gift Cards for another person, you must tell that person that they are bound by these conditions.
Any remaining balance can be left on the card and be spent on future purchases. Accordingly, the remaining balance cannot be consolidated into a new gift card or replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. After Gift Cards have expired, they are no longer valid, and all transactions on an expired Gift Card will be declined.
LSC HOLCO LIMITED may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell Gift Cards to any person at any time for any reason.
LSC HOLCO LIMITED will not be held liable for cards which have been lost or stolen.
We may replace faulty, lost or stolen Gift Cards in our absolute discretion. Any such replacement gift cards will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date.
Gift Cards will be void is they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.

Laser Hair Removal Packages
When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.
Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package
The full body laser hair removal package includes all of the laser hair removal areas offered by Laser Clinics UK, as set out in the marketing materials. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that are not currently offered by Laser Clinics UK. For example, scalp, eyebrows and ears.
Clients may elect to remove any area from their full body laser hair removal package.
Clients must advise the staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of the area that has been removed from the package. No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package.
Areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.
Bookings must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.
Bookings for this package may not be available at all times on all days.
The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be requested.
The full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement of any treatments.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Our Price Promise does not apply to Full Body Laser Hair Removal Packages.
Pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase. Where 10 or more pre-paid treatments are purchased, these must be used within 18 months of purchase.
The terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy apply to all treatments purchased.
Price Match
At participating Laser Clinics UK clinics we will price match any competitor price for the same treatment provided it is using the same equipment and/or products and carried out by appropriately qualified staff.
The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors that operate within a 5 mile radius of the Laser Clinics UK clinic the client is seeking to price match.
We pride ourselves in delivering the best treatment & services with affordable price points to cater to all clients.
Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price which must be current when seeking to price match and Laser Clinics UK may take further steps to confirm the validity of the price to be matched. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Match Policy, and if no maximum number of treatments is listed the number of treatments able to be purchased are limited to 3 per client.
The Price Match Policy applies to all laser hair removal, skin services, cosmetic injectables and Medik8 products in store. The Price Match Policy does not apply to prices offered by any competitors’ on Medik8 products via an online shopping/retail website.
The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount or coupon websites. The Price Match Policy will only apply to injectable treatments if the treatment requested by the client is necessary, indicated and recommended for the individual client by one of our medical practitioners following a full consultation and physical assessment.
Our Price Match Policy does not apply to our already discounted Full Body Laser Hair Removal treatments.
Student Discount

Skin Packages
The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices.
Clients may purchase as many skin packages as they like, however payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.
The full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement of any treatments.
Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.
Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.
Treatments included in each skin package cannot be exchanged for other treatments. However, the Medik8 products recommended in each skin package can be exchanged for another Medik8 product of the same RRP value.
An LCUK Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin package purchased, however it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.
All treatments within the skin package must be redeemed at the clinic the skin package was originally purchased.
All skin packages have a 12 month expiry on redemption of treatments.

Client’s must inform LCUK of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments/Medik8 products and a consent form must be signed.
Client’s need to follow all at home protocols recommended by the LCUK Therapist. This may include Medik8 skincare and dietary guidelines.
Cosmetic Injections
Free Yellow LED with full face analysis
Clients receive one complimentary Yellow LED Light Therapy Treatment upon the completion of their Full Face Analysis.
Offer is only available from Monday 28th September – Monday 23rd November.
Bookings must be made for the complimentary Yellow LED Light Therapy Treatment
Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package when we re-open.
The complimentary Yellow LED treatments must be redeemed and used at any time within 12 months of this eligibility.
Clients must inform LCUK of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments/Medik8 products and a consent form must be signed.
Injectables
A deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings.
Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid. Bookings must be made in advance.
Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.
Following a consultation, if the client is deemed medically unfit, or decides not to go through with the treatment, their deposit is refunded
The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.
For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinics for details.
Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
Packages cannot be split over appointments.
The dermal filler package prices, are based on using a set filler product and include 1ml for “Lips to Love” package and ½ml for “Perfect Pout” package.
The anti-wrinkle package prices, are based on using a set anti-wrinkle product and include 40 units for 2 areas and 55 units 3 areas. Additional areas, such as crows feet and forehead frown lines, may be recommended for best prescription, at an additional cost.
Cancellations & Refunds
Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.
Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind or change of circumstance.
Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you. In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
Prepaid Treatment
If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.
Pre-pays for skin treatments have a 12 month expiry date.
Pre-pays for laser hair removal treatments have a 12 month expiration date. When 10+ treatments are bought, the expiration date will be 18 months
All pre-pays affected by Coronavirus will have an additional 6 months to redeem
48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.Treatments may not be completed by the same therapist each time
Age Policy
Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any laser or skin treatments.
For persons aged 16-17, we require parental or guardian consent. Parent/guardian must be present for consultation but not necessarily for treatments unless they wish to be.
Under 16, we require a Doctors note and a parent or guardian to be present at the clinic during consultation and all treatments
We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 13s, however, if consented, we will complete treatment
For all Cosmetic Injectable treatments, clients must be aged 18+
LCUK may request a valid form of ID to identify the age of the prospective client
Medical conditions and medications
Can treat when client is on Antibiotics as long as they are not photosentive
Photo sensitive must wait 2 weeks after taken

Auto-immune- must have Dr's consent. Psoriasis and eczema can treat around unless active, irritated or heat reactive.
Cancer - 2 years in remission with letter form Oncologist

MailChimp - if you consent we will provide your full name and email to Mailchimp, a platform we use to send marketing messages.
CRM - your personal details and treatment history with us will be kept on our CRM system. You will receive booking reminders (text/email) and treatment specific information from this platform. We are required to hold this information for no less than seven years.
Consent Forms - you will complete electronic consent forms about your personal medical history. Those forms fall under 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. We are required to hold this information for no less than seven years
Google Cookies on Visits to Our Page - if you visit our website, Google cookies on it may be used to advertise to you in the future.
Ticket Management - if you email Laser Clinics UK, that email will leave Google Servers and be transferred to a ticketing website that assists us in managing your request.
